When your team fills out a survey and declares you a disaster you have a few choices. For me, it began an addiction to learning about leadership. My future depended on my ability to transform the way I led my team.
In those days I never imagined I would ever be paid by executives at Amazon, Walmart, Lockheed Martin, General Motors, Fox, Cigna, Hormel, Darden, the Wall Street Journal, HCA, and dozens of other companies to help them strengthen their leadership skills.
I make my living coaching successful executives and senior leadership teams. The frameworks, models, tools, and methodology that the firm I co-founded has developed help leaders accelerate results.
In 2018 I started a podcast. It's become one of Apple's Top 200 Podcasts. Then, in 2020 I wrote my first two books that both were named Hot New Releases. Now, in 2021 I am launching a free weekly newsletter (subscribe below) and offering online courses.
All of this is designed to help me serve my purpose: to help build leaders.
